Shipping
I use Canada Post for shipping, and offer several options with estimated delivery times shown.
All orders will take 2 days to process on my end, plus the estimated days for Canada Post.

For local customers, save money on larger orders by choosing Local Pickup for a $5 fee. Orders are picked up at UPS on Dunmore Rd in Medicine Hat, and must be collected within 3 days of your order.

Overview
My return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, your item will not be eligible for a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs on all orders are non-refundable.
The following items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:
– Apparel
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds on returned items will be issued once your item is received and inspected. Once your return is accepted, you will first receive an email notifying you of the acceptance; you will then receive a second email once your refund has been issued.
Refunds automatically go back to the original method of payment and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
From start to finish, the full refund process can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, and your patience is greatly appreciated during that time!
Late or missing refunds
If you are missing your refund and more than 7 business days have passed since you received your refund notification, it is recommended that you contact your bank. Depending on your banking institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
